About the House

Location

Located in 34 Fenway, Fenway House is a short walk away from Fenway park, the MFA, Newbury Street and the Green Line Hynes Convention Center T-stop that will take you to the Boston Commons and the North End in 15 minutes. Right in front of the house we have the Back Bay Fens, a huge park where you can go on runs, walks, picnics or for quick nature breaks.

Amenities

The house has five stories with multiple study and hang out spaces. Big living room and dining room area, library, a full kitchen and a laundry room where you can do your laundry free of charge.

The house has 7 singles, 3 doubles, 2 triples and 1 quad. Every room has at least one bed, one desk, and a dresser per person. Many also have closets or wardrobes, extra shelves, couches, futons, etc. There are also AC units available for most rooms.

Meal Plan

Every week we will do a communal grocery order that will be available for everyone in the kitchen. The person in charge of doing the groceries will send out a survey to get people’s food preferences and will take requests every week.

Tenant Responsibilities

You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. You will also be asked to do a weekly chore that should take about 30 minutes to keep the house clean.

There is a $500 security deposit. This will be given back to you at the end of the summer granted you don’t cause any major damages to your room.
